FFCRA Expanded Rights Here!

From April through December of this year, the Families First Coronavirus Response Act requires employers, like the U.S. Postal Service, to supply employees with specified leave, and FMLA in relation to COVID-19. Please click on the link above to access over four pages of detailed information, and explanation of this newly passed law. The Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor has provided information on your rights in utilizing this temporarily available leave. And the USPS has also put together a “Frequently Asked Questions”,(FAQ’s), fact sheet to answer how it affects USPS employees. Please continue to check back daily with the Branch 34 website in order to stay up-to-date on issues and information you need during this outbreak.

Stay Safe!
