NALC-USPS Interest Arbitration Hearing Dates Scheduled

NALC – USPS Interest Arbitration and Collective Bargaining Update

The remaining interest arbitration hearing dates are scheduled this week and next week. Both parties believe we will only need one of those weeks to complete the hearings. In light of recent progress in separate, ongoing negotiations with the Postal Service for a new tentative collective bargaining agreement, the parties have agreed to continue those negotiations this week. If necessary, hearings will resume next week, beginning November 16th. Any future updates will be posted here, as well as the on the NALC website.
