Update : Date Change for Boston’s National Business Agent Shop Steward Training

The Region 14 N.B.A.’s office will be conducting Shop Steward Training in each of three U.S.P.S. Districts. The training is open to every steward and will cover:

• filing an informal grievance
• requests for information
• grievance investigation
• grievant statements
• contract compliance

Delegates can attend anyone of the three sessions if the date or location is more accommodating.
