The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has issued the official 2018 Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) program plan information online. 

The information helps federal employees and annuitants with making choices in the upcoming 2017 FEHB open season, which is NOVEMBER 13th through DECEMBER 11, 2017.
