NALC, USPS sign memorandum to convert CCA’s in all office’s who have at least 30 months of relative standing on Sept 1st to career status.

This agreement should be welcome news to a half-dozen long-serving City Carrier Assistants in our Cambridge and Hingham Installations who appear eligible for conversion to Career Part-time Flexible status.
