As the new year begins, Branch #34 again welcomed seven new Station Stewards into the fold during their 8-hour introductory training session on Thursday, January 18th at the Branch office.
As has historically been the case, many of Branch #34’s longest-serving Members chose to hang up the bag and enter retired life as the year 2017 came to a end.
I was informed late Friday that our Back Bay office would not be undergoing mail count and route inspection on Monday as scheduled. While this would normally be greeted by the Branch with great delight, as usual I was again left with a sour taste in my mouth.
