Branch #34 Awarded Best Organized Large Branch

On Monday, July 14^th, NALC National President Fred Rolando and Executive VP Brian Renfroe presented awards to the branches with the best-organizing percentages, noting that the NALC’s overall organizing rate is 92.0%, the best among national open-shop unions in the country.

In the Best Organized Large Branch (1,000 or more active members in 2018), Branch #34 finally won the title outright with 97.6% membership rate!

Boston, Branch #34 wrestled away the title from South Florida Branch 1071, the winner of the award in 2016 and a rival with which we have battled with for many years.
